Delivery information

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided, using the delivery method selected during your purchase. You can request that we change your address during the day of your purchase. This will no longer be possible the following day, and if there is an error, it will be your responsibility.

Your order is generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours . Our delivery times are approximately 5 to 12 working days . Delivery is offered free of charge for all orders.

Please note: During sales periods or exceptional periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) due to high demand, our delivery times may be extended ( 5 to 10 days ). We will do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible, but an extended delivery time is not a reason for reimbursement, whatever your personal reason. In addition, we would like to point out that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as demonstrations, adverse weather conditions or management problems within the delivery agency .

Items marked "Delivered" but not received

If an item is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we will initiate an investigation in collaboration with the delivery service to clarify the circumstances of this delivery. If the investigation reveals that the package was stolen from your mailbox or by someone close to you, please note that unique boutique cannot be held responsible . Therefore, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund in such situations.

If the investigation reveals that the error was due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer when ordering (such as an incorrect delivery address), no refund will be issued. We recommend that you carefully check your delivery information before finalizing your order to avoid any complications.
